3. How to Request a Replacement

1. Contact Pickiko support on WhatsApp or Email within 7 days of delivery.
2. Share a clear photo or short unboxing video highlighting the issue.
3. Our team will verify the details and dispatch a replacement unit free of cost.

4. Exclusions & What is Not Covered

• Issues reported after 7 days from parcel delivery date.
• Damage resulting from improper handling, customer misuse, or accidental drops.
• Change of mind after parcel has been dispatched or delivered.
